Online A Level Economics

Description

Our online Economics A Level course provides students with the tools and framework needed to dissect and understand the intricacies of modern economies. Crafted around the Cambridge GCE A Level Economics syllabus, this A Level Economics online course offers not only a highly valued qualification but also a foundational understanding of key economic theories and pressing global issues. With lifelong skills honed through this course, students are exceptionally well-prepared for further academic studies and a wide range of professional careers.

Homework, Assessment and Reporting

Students taking our A Level Economics course online are held to a high academic standard, with the expectation of completing at least one piece of homework per subject each week. A pivotal aspect of success is the diligent revision of notes to consolidate learning after each lesson. As a best practice, we recommend an hour of independent study for every hour spent in class.

Our evaluation process consists of Level 5 internal assessments in June and Level 6 internal mock assessments in November and March. Subsequently, comprehensive reports are issued that capture both grades for attainment and effort, accompanied by insightful written comments from Success Coaches and the Head Teacher. These reports are released at the end of the Autumn and Summer terms for Level 5, and following the mock assessments in the Autumn and Spring terms for Level 6.

Parental Involvement

We strongly encourage parents to stay actively involved in their child’s educational journey. Our unique family Teams account allows parents to communicate directly with teachers and receive regular updates, offering more detailed tracking of student progress than what is possible through an annual parent consultation evening.

Embark on an engaging intellectual journey with our A Level Economics online course and build a solid foundation for your academic and professional future.
